In order to cancel a subscription you have with Pine Street Data, please contact us at email@example.com. We will refund you any pro-rated portion of your paid subscription that remained unused on the cancellation date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the initial order date and we will fully refund the cost of your order.
All payments for subscriptions are due on the monthly or yearly anniversary date of the service. The anniversary date is set by the date of the initial order of the service. Failure to remit payment for 25 consecutive days, including the anniversary date, will result in the de-activation of the subscription license.
We may revise these Terms of Service occasionally and the most current version will always be posted to our web site. By continuing to use a Pine Street Data subscription, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
